In short

  • SheGo is a women only marketplace: every product sold here must be made for women or meet women’s needs. Women artisans, entrepreneurs and businesswomen, and any business or brand selling such products, can join.
  • Only sellers registered with FBR (valid NTN) and verified by SheGo can sell. You upload your CNIC and NTN certificate when you register.
  • You are the seller of every product you list and are fully responsible for it. SheGo is an intermediary: it runs the marketplace and collects payment for you as your agent.
  • Buyer payments go to SheGo’s bank collection account (not an escrow account) and are held for you until your payout.
  • Your payout is the sale price, less SheGo’s commission, the payment and collection fee, the sales tax on SheGo’s fees (where SheGo is required to charge it), the income tax withheld at source (higher if you are not on FBR’s Active Taxpayers List), approved refunds and return costs, and courier charges for parcels refused, undelivered, redelivered or returned to you (RTO). There is no seller platform fee, listing fee or handling fee.
  • Buyers who come to SheGo through your own store link or QR pay you a lower commission on your products.
  • SheGo Hunar Program: women who work from home pay 0% commission on sales up to PKR 30,000 every month and half the normal commission above that. It is a fee discount only; SheGo never pays cash.
  • Payouts go to a bank account in your own (or your business’s) name after delivery and the complaint window, normally within 10 working days of delivery.
  • You pay your own taxes. SheGo pays tax only on its own income.
  • Never take payment directly for a SheGo order, and never use SheGo links or QR codes for sales outside the Platform.

1. About this Agreement

1.1This Seller Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between FinGo Digital Private Limited (the owner and operator of SheGo), a company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Act, 2017, with its registered office at 201 Rizwan Arcade, Sadat e Amroha Society, Scheme-33, Karachi (“SheGo”, “we”), and the person or business that registers as a seller (the “Seller”, “you”).

1.2You accept this Agreement by ticking the acceptance box in the SheGo seller registration form on WhatsApp and submitting the form. That electronic acceptance has the same effect as a signature, as recognised by the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002.

1.3This Agreement forms part of, and must be read with, SheGo’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. For sellers, if this Agreement conflicts with those documents, this Agreement prevails.

1.4If you register on behalf of a company, firm or other business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that business.

2. Definitions

2.1Platform: SheGo’s WhatsApp commerce service, product catalogue, shop screens inside WhatsApp, websites shego.pk and fingodigital.com and related systems.

2.2Order: a buyer’s order for one or more of your products placed through the Platform and confirmed with an Order ID.

2.3Sale Price: the price of your product in an Order, excluding the delivery charge.

2.4Commission: SheGo’s marketplace service fee, a percentage of the Sale Price set by product category (clause 9).

2.5Withholding Tax: income tax that a courier, bank or payment intermediary is required by law to deduct from the value of your sales.

2.6Collection Account: the bank account (including any virtual or sub accounts) that SheGo maintains with a bank in Pakistan to receive buyer payments on behalf of sellers.

2.7Complaint Window: the period after delivery during which a buyer can report a problem under the Returns & Refunds Policy (currently 3 days).

2.8Payout: the transfer of your net proceeds to your bank account. Ledger: SheGo’s record of every amount credited or debited to you.

2.9KYC Documents: your CNIC, NTN certificate and any other document SheGo asks for to verify you.

3. Eligibility and FBR registration

3.1SheGo is a women only marketplace, built to empower and promote women and to give them a platform of their own. To sell on SheGo you must be at least 18 years old and either (a) an individual holding a valid Pakistani CNIC, such as a woman artisan, entrepreneur or businesswoman, or (b) a sole proprietorship, partnership, company or other business or brand established in Pakistan.

3.2Women only products. Every product you list must be made for women or meet women’s needs. This includes women’s clothing, footwear, jewellery, bags and accessories, beauty and personal care, artisan and handmade goods, and household, kitchen, home and electronic items designed for or used mainly by women. Products made only for men are not allowed. SheGo decides, acting reasonably, whether a product fits this focus and may refuse, hide or remove any listing that does not.

3.3Women owned and women led businesses, women artisans and women entrepreneurs are the heart of the Platform, and SheGo may give them priority in onboarding, visibility and promotions.

3.4Listing products outside the women only focus, after a warning, is a material breach, and SheGo may suspend or close the account under clause 21.

3.5A valid National Tax Number (NTN) is mandatory for every seller, whether an individual, a sole proprietor, a firm or a company. Under the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, as amended by the Finance Act, 2025, online marketplaces and courier services may not serve sellers who are not registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). SheGo will not register, list products for, or pay any seller without a verified NTN. For an individual, the NTN is normally the CNIC number once registered on FBR’s IRIS system.

3.6If the law requires you to be registered for sales tax, or with any provincial authority, you must be so registered and keep that registration active.

3.7One seller account is allowed per CNIC or NTN unless SheGo agrees otherwise in writing. Your WhatsApp number identifies your account, and you are responsible for everything done from it.

4. Verification (KYC) and your documents

4.1When you register you must provide true and complete details and upload a clear copy of your CNIC (front and back) and your FBR NTN certificate. SheGo may also ask for other documents, such as a certificate of incorporation, partnership deed, authority letter, proof of address or bank account proof.

4.2SheGo will check your NTN against FBR records and your documents against the details you gave. You can list products only after SheGo has verified you. SheGo may refuse any registration that cannot be verified, without giving reasons.

4.3Your payout bank account must be in your own name (individuals) or your business’s name (businesses). SheGo will not pay into a third party’s account.

4.4You must tell SheGo within 7 days if any of your details change, including your NTN status, bank account, address or ownership. If your NTN becomes inactive or you leave FBR’s Active Taxpayer List, SheGo may pause your listings and payouts until it is restored.

4.5Giving false or forged documents is a material breach. SheGo will close the account, withhold amounts as permitted by law, and may report the matter to the relevant authorities.

4.6SheGo stores KYC Documents in private storage with restricted access, uses them only for verification, payouts, tax and legal compliance, and keeps them for as long as the law requires, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. SheGo’s role

5.1SheGo operates an online marketplace and acts only as an intermediary. You are the seller of record for every product you list: the contract of sale is between you and the buyer, SheGo is not a party to it, and your store name appears as “Sold by” on each Order and invoice. You alone are responsible to buyers, authorities and third parties for your products, including their quality, safety, legality, authenticity, description, labelling, packing, warranties and after sales service.

5.2You appoint SheGo as your limited agent to display your listings, accept Orders, arrange delivery through independent courier partners, collect payment from buyers, issue system generated invoices on your behalf, handle customer support, returns and refunds, and pay you your net proceeds. SheGo never takes ownership or possession of your products, and performing these tasks does not make SheGo responsible for them.

5.3Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or franchise between you and SheGo.

6. Listings and product standards

6.1You are responsible for every listing: title, description, price, size, colour, stock and photos must be accurate and must show the actual product. Photos and text must be your own or used with permission.

6.2Every product must be genuine, safe, lawful to sell in Pakistan and of the quality described. Products listed in clause 13 of the Terms of Use (for example counterfeit or “master copy” goods, weapons, medicines, adult products and alcohol) must never be listed. Food items, including home cooked, bakery and restaurant food, are not accepted on SheGo for now.

6.3Where a product needs a licence or registration (for example cosmetics subject to regulatory rules), you must hold it and show it to SheGo on request.

6.4Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any sales tax you are required to charge. You must not charge a SheGo buyer more than the listed price.

6.5SheGo reviews listings with automated rules, automated (AI assisted) checks and human review, and may approve, edit categories, reject, hide or remove any listing at any time. Approval is not a check of the physical product and does not mean SheGo accepts any responsibility for it.

6.6Beauty, skincare and personal care products. This clause applies to cosmetics, skincare, hair care, fragrances, handmade soaps and oils, herbal or organic beauty items and similar products (“Beauty Products”). Before your first Beauty Product is listed, you must accept this clause on your store page, and SheGo records the date and time of your acceptance. For every Beauty Product you confirm and agree that: (a) it is safe for normal use as described, is made, stored and packed hygienically, is within its expiry date, and contains no banned or harmful substance, including mercury, steroids or unapproved skin lightening or bleaching agents; (b) its packaging and listing show the full ingredients, how to use it, its expiry or best before date and any warnings, including patch test advice where relevant; (c) words such as “organic”, “herbal” or “natural” are used only where true, and no claim is made that it treats, cures or prevents any disease or medical condition; (d) where it needs a registration, licence or certification in Pakistan (for example with DRAP or PSQCA), you hold it and will show it to SheGo on request; (e) you alone are responsible for any allergy, skin reaction, injury or other harm a buyer suffers from it, and clause 19 applies in full, including to any complaint, legal notice, consumer court case or regulatory inquiry and the related legal costs; and (f) if SheGo receives three valid buyer complaints about the same Beauty Product for a skin reaction, poor quality or a false description, or one complaint of serious harm, SheGo may remove the product at once, hold your Payouts to the extent needed to refund buyers under the Returns & Refunds Policy, and suspend or end your account under clause 21.

7. Orders, packing and courier pickup

7.1SheGo will notify you of each Order on WhatsApp. You must confirm it as Ready, or tell SheGo you can’t fulfil it, within 24 hours.

7.2You must pack each Order securely, mark the Order ID on the parcel, and have it ready for courier pickup at your registered address within the time SheGo specifies.

7.3You must keep your stock up to date. Repeated cancellations, late dispatch, wrong or damaged items or low ratings may lead to warnings, reduced visibility, penalties communicated in advance, suspension or termination.

7.4The product remains at your risk until it is delivered to the buyer. Courier partners are independent carriers and SheGo is not a carrier. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, SheGo will help you claim from the courier and pass on any compensation the courier pays, but SheGo is not liable for the loss. Loss or damage caused by your packing or by the product itself is borne by you.

7.5If a buyer refuses or the courier cannot deliver an Order, the parcel is returned to you, and the charges are borne by you as set out in clause 13. If a redelivery attempt is needed, the extra courier charge is also borne by you, unless it is recovered from the buyer under the Terms of Use.

8. Payments and the Collection Account

8.1Buyers pay the courier on delivery (cash or the courier’s QR) or pay SheGo through the digital methods offered at checkout. Courier partners remit collections to SheGo, and digital payments are received directly into SheGo’s Collection Account.

8.2The Collection Account is a bank account held by SheGo to receive payments on behalf of sellers. It is not an escrow account, and SheGo is not a bank or a payment service provider. SheGo holds amounts received for your Orders as your agent until they are paid out under this Agreement.

8.3SheGo does not pay you, and does not charge you, any interest or profit on amounts held for you. SheGo may assign you a virtual account number, reference or code so that payments can be matched to you and your Orders.

8.4You must not accept payment directly from a buyer for any Order, ask a buyer to pay you outside the Platform, or share your personal bank or wallet details with SheGo buyers.

8.5Any store link or QR code SheGo gives you opens your SheGo store and may be shared on social media. Any payment reference, account number or QR code SheGo provides may be used only for Orders placed through the Platform. Using it to receive money for sales made outside the Platform is a material breach and may lead to the money being returned to the payer, suspension and termination.

9. Commission and fees

9.1For each delivered Order, you pay SheGo the Commission at the rate for the product’s category on SheGo’s rate card in force when the Order is placed, and the payment and collection fee under clause 9.5. Both rates are fixed into each Order and later changes do not affect it. The current rate card is shown on your store page and is the same for every seller.

9.2SheGo may change Commission rates or introduce new fees by giving you at least 30 days’ notice on WhatsApp and on your store page. The change applies only to Orders placed after the effective date. If you do not accept it, you may end this Agreement under clause 21.

9.3Other charges may apply as set out in the Returns & Refunds Policy or agreed with you, such as a return handling fee and return delivery charges for returns caused by you. Paid advertising is optional and charged separately (clause 15).

9.4Sales tax on SheGo’s fees. The Commission and any other fee SheGo charges you are exclusive of sales tax. Where SheGo is required to charge Sindh Sales Tax on Services (under the Sindh Sales Tax on Services Act, 2011, as amended) or any other provincial sales tax on its services, it will be added at the rate in force at the time (currently the standard rate notified by the Sindh Revenue Board), shown separately in your order breakdown, Ledger and statement, and deducted from your Payout. SheGo is responsible for depositing the sales tax it charges and will issue you a sales tax invoice in the form required by the Sindh Revenue Board so that, if you are registered, you can claim it as input tax.

9.5Payment and collection fee. For each delivered Order you pay SheGo a payment and collection fee of 2% of the Sale Price of your products, for collecting the buyer’s payment by card, QR, bank transfer or cash on delivery and settling it to your account. It is shown as its own line, separate from the Commission, in your order breakdown, Ledger, invoice and statement. SheGo does not charge sellers a platform fee, listing fee or handling fee. SheGo currently charges buyers no platform fee; if it introduces one, it will be shown to the buyer as its own line before the Order is placed, it will be SheGo’s own income, it will not be part of the Sale Price, and no Commission will be charged on it.

9.6Your own customers. When a buyer first comes to SheGo through your own store link or QR code, the Commission on your products in that buyer’s Orders placed within 90 days is reduced by the percentage on the rate card (currently 30%). SheGo’s records decide where a buyer came from. The reduction does not apply to orders placed by you, your relatives or staff, or through accounts created to obtain it, and SheGo may reverse it where it was obtained improperly.

9.7SheGo Hunar Program. A seller who sells as an individual on her own CNIC and not as a company or brand, makes her products herself at home, and either belongs to a household registered with the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) or declares that she works from home and her sales are small, wherever in Pakistan she lives, may apply in the registration form or by typing hunar in the SheGo WhatsApp chat. Once SheGo has verified her, no Commission is charged on the Sale Price of her products up to PKR 30,000 in each calendar month, and Commission at half the normal rate for the category applies to the amount above PKR 30,000. The program is for small sellers: if a seller’s total sales in a calendar month go above PKR 100,000, she leaves the program automatically and normal Commission applies from that Order onwards; discounts already given on earlier Orders are not reversed. SheGo may add her back on review if this was a one time increase. The payment and collection fee and taxes still apply. Cancelled, refused and returned Orders do not count towards the limit. The same rules apply to every seller. SheGo may remove a seller from SheGo Hunar where the conditions are no longer met or the benefit was obtained by false information, and Commission then applies to Orders placed from that date. SheGo may change the limit for future Orders with notice under clause 9.2.

10. Taxes

10.1You are solely responsible for your own tax registration, income tax, sales tax and any other taxes, duties and filings arising from your sales, and for keeping your own records.

10.2Withholding Tax. SheGo acts only as a facilitator and intermediary. The law requires income tax to be withheld or collected from the value of online sales under the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (including its provisions on advance tax and withholding on sales through online marketplaces and couriers, as amended from time to time). At the date of this Agreement, for sellers on FBR’s Active Taxpayers List (ATL), the courier withholds tax on cash on delivery collections (2% of the value) and the bank or payment intermediary withholds tax on digital payments (1% of the value); higher rates notified by FBR (currently double) apply to sellers who are not on the ATL. Where the law requires or permits SheGo itself to deduct or collect any such tax from your proceeds, SheGo has the right to deduct it from your Payout and deposit it with FBR. All such tax is borne entirely by you; the rate applied is the one in force at the time for your ATL status, and SheGo is not liable for any higher deduction caused by your ATL status.

10.2AYou must keep your NTN active and remain on the ATL. You must tell SheGo immediately if your ATL status changes. Any extra tax, penalty or default surcharge caused by your status, or by incorrect tax information you gave, is borne by you under clause 10.6.

10.3SheGo shows the tax withheld on every Order in your Ledger, account statement and payout statement, and will give you the details or certificates available to it so you can claim the tax in your own return.

10.4SheGo may be required to report your sales, NTN and other details to FBR or other authorities, including through monthly statements. You agree to that disclosure.

10.5SheGo is responsible only for the taxes on its own income (its Commission, fees and the buyer platform fee) and for any deduction, collection or deposit the law requires SheGo itself to make. SheGo does not file, pay or guarantee any tax on your sales.

10.6If any tax, penalty or default surcharge is imposed on SheGo because of your sales, your registration status or incorrect information you gave, you will reimburse SheGo, and SheGo may deduct it from your Payouts.

11. Payouts

11.1Your net proceeds for an Order become payable after the Order is delivered and the Complaint Window has ended without an open complaint. SheGo normally pays within 10 working days of delivery.

11.2Each Payout equals the Sale Price of the Orders being paid, less the Commission (and any tax on it), the Withholding Tax, approved return and refund deductions, agreed charges and penalties, and any other amount you owe SheGo.

11.3Payouts are made only by bank transfer to your verified account. You receive a payout advice on WhatsApp and a payout statement for every Payout.

11.4If deductions are more than the amount due, the difference is carried forward and recovered from your future sales. If no future sales are expected, you must pay it to SheGo within 7 days of being asked.

11.5SheGo may hold a Payout for up to 90 days (or longer if required by law or an authority) where an Order is disputed, fraud or a breach is suspected, a legal or regulatory claim is pending, your NTN or KYC status is in question, or a bank or authority requires it.

11.6If SheGo pays you more than you were due, you must repay the excess, and SheGo may recover it from later Payouts.

12. Ledger, statements and records

12.1SheGo keeps a Ledger of every sale, Commission, tax withheld, return deduction and Payout for your account. You can see your balance and recent entries at any time by typing statement on WhatsApp.

12.2You must tell SheGo about any error in a statement within 30 days of receiving it. After that, the statement is treated as accepted, except for manifest error or fraud.

12.3SheGo’s records are evidence of the amounts due in the absence of manifest error.

13. Returns, refunds and buyer complaints

13.1Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled under SheGo’s Returns & Refunds Policy. You agree to accept returns and refunds that SheGo approves under it, and SheGo’s reasonable decision on a buyer claim is final as between you and SheGo.

13.2When a return is caused by you (for example a wrong, damaged, defective, expired, missing or not as described item), SheGo will deduct the refunded amount, the pickup and return delivery charges, any redelivery or replacement shipping charge, any return handling fee, and the buyer’s platform fee where the whole order is refunded. When a return is not caused by you (an eligible size or change of mind return), the item’s Sale Price less its Commission is deducted, the return delivery is paid by the buyer, and any courier charge not recovered from the buyer is borne by you, not SheGo.

13.3Returned items are sent back to you. You must not refuse a returned parcel.

13.4Payouts for an Order with an open complaint are held until the complaint is closed.

13.5Refused and undelivered parcels (RTO). If a parcel is refused by the buyer, cannot be delivered, needs a redelivery, or is otherwise returned to origin for any reason other than SheGo’s own proven error, all courier charges for that parcel (forward, redelivery and return, as billed by the courier) are borne by you. SheGo will deduct them from your payouts and show them in your statement, and will share the courier’s record of the charge on request. Where SheGo recovers any of these charges from the buyer, it will credit them to you.

13.6To reduce refusals you may confirm orders with the buyer through SheGo before dispatch, and SheGo may require advance payment from buyers with a history of refused deliveries. SheGo does not guarantee that any buyer will accept a parcel.

13.7If the amounts deducted under this Agreement are more than your payouts due, the balance is carried forward and recovered from your future payouts. If your account is closed with a balance owing, you must pay it to SheGo within 15 days of being asked.

13.8You bear any loss caused by buyer fraud, fake orders or chargebacks on your Orders, except where SheGo is at fault. SheGo will use reasonable efforts to block fraudulent buyers but does not guarantee any buyer’s identity, payment or acceptance of a parcel.

14. Ratings and performance

14.1Buyers may rate Orders and leave comments, which may be shown on the Platform. You must not post, buy or arrange fake ratings or reviews, or place orders on your own products.

14.2SheGo may measure cancellation rate, dispatch time, return rate and ratings, and may use them to rank, feature, limit or suspend stores.

15.1You may buy optional advertising, such as a featured store or a banner on the website or WhatsApp, under a separate booking. Advertising is paid in advance, is not refundable once live, and is shown as “Featured”.

15.2SheGo must approve all advertising content and may refuse or remove an advertisement that breaks its advertising policy. SheGo guarantees the placement and dates booked, not any number of clicks or sales.

16. Buyer data and privacy

16.1You receive only the buyer information needed to fulfil an Order. You may use it only for that Order. You must not contact buyers for marketing, invite them to buy outside the Platform, or share their data with anyone else, and you must delete it when it is no longer needed.

16.2SheGo processes your personal data, including KYC Documents, as described in the Privacy Policy. You agree that SheGo may share your details with banks, courier partners, FBR, SECP, law enforcement and other authorities where needed to operate the Platform, make Payouts or comply with law.

16.3You agree to receive operational messages from SheGo on WhatsApp, including order alerts, payout advices and policy notices.

17. Intellectual property

17.1You keep ownership of your brand name, logo, product photos and content. You give SheGo a non exclusive, royalty free licence to use, reproduce, resize and display them to list and promote your products and the Platform, including on WhatsApp, the website and social media, for as long as you sell on SheGo and for a reasonable time after.

17.2You confirm that your content does not infringe anyone’s rights. SheGo may remove content following any complaint of infringement.

17.3The names and marks “SheGo” and “FinGo Digital”, their logos and the Platform are owned by FinGo Digital Private Limited and are protected as trademarks (registered or pending registration with the Intellectual Property Organisation of Pakistan) and by the Copyright Ordinance, 1962. You may use them only as SheGo permits, for example in your SheGo store link. You must not use them, or any confusingly similar name, logo, domain name, social media handle or page, in your own branding, advertising or sales outside the Platform. SheGo may take legal action and recover its costs for any misuse.

18. Fair dealing and compliance

18.1You must not divert Orders or buyers introduced by SheGo to sales outside the Platform, manipulate prices, ratings or stock, or misuse the Platform in any way.

18.2You must comply with all laws applicable to your business, including consumer protection, tax, anti money laundering and counter terrorist financing laws. SheGo may ask for information about the source of goods or funds and may report suspicious activity to the authorities as the law requires.

18.3You must not offer or give any bribe, gift or improper payment to SheGo staff or partners.

19. Your warranties and indemnity

19.1You confirm that all information and documents you give SheGo are true and genuine, that you have the right to sell every product you list, and that you will comply with this Agreement and the law.

19.2You will fully indemnify and hold harmless FinGo Digital Private Limited, its directors, shareholders, employees and agents against all claims, losses, damages, refunds, courier, return and redelivery charges, fines, penalties, taxes, default surcharges, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and any amount awarded by a consumer court, tax authority or other authority) arising from or in connection with: (a) any counterfeit, replica, pirated or infringing product, or any infringement of a trademark, copyright, design or other intellectual property right; (b) any tax evasion, nonfiling, wrong tax information or loss of ATL status on your part; (c) any product liability, safety, labelling or regulatory claim; (d) your products, listings, packing or Orders; or (e) any breach of this Agreement or the law by you. This indemnity continues after this Agreement ends.

19.3Counterfeit and infringing goods. If SheGo reasonably believes a product is counterfeit or infringing, it may immediately remove it, suspend your account, hold the proceeds of the affected Orders, refund the buyers at your cost, share your details with the right holder or the authorities as the law allows, and recover all resulting costs from you. Repeat cases lead to termination.

20. Limitation of liability

20.1SheGo is not liable for any act or omission of a buyer or courier partner, for any loss of or damage to products in transit, or for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, sales, business, goodwill or data.

20.2SheGo’s total liability to you under or in connection with this Agreement is limited to the Commission you paid SheGo in the one (1) month before the event giving rise to the claim, except for amounts SheGo has received for your Orders and not paid to you, which SheGo will always pay under this Agreement.

20.3Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

21. Suspension and termination

21.1You may end this Agreement at any time by giving SheGo 15 days’ notice on WhatsApp (type help). SheGo may end it by giving you 15 days’ notice.

21.2SheGo may suspend your listings or Payouts, or end this Agreement immediately, if you breach it materially or repeatedly, give false information or documents, lose your NTN or FBR registration, repeatedly list products outside the women only focus in clause 3, are suspected of fraud, put buyers at risk, or put SheGo’s standing with Meta, banks, couriers or authorities at risk.

21.3After termination you must complete or cancel open Orders as SheGo directs. SheGo will pay your final balance after all Complaint Windows, open complaints and any lawful hold have ended, less any amounts you owe. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including taxes, indemnity, records and liability) continue to apply.

22. Changes to this Agreement

22.1SheGo may update this Agreement by publishing a new version on shego.pk. Material changes will be sent to you on WhatsApp at least 15 days before they take effect, unless a change is required sooner by law. If you keep selling after the effective date, you accept the updated Agreement.

23. Force majeure

23.1Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, government action, internet, WhatsApp, banking or courier outages. Payment obligations for amounts already received are not excused.

24. Governing law and disputes

24.1This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

24.2Any complaint should first be raised with SheGo on WhatsApp (type help). Any dispute not resolved within 30 days will be referred to arbitration in Karachi by a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement, under the Arbitration Act, 1940. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the award will be final and binding. Subject to that, the courts at Karachi, Sindh have exclusive jurisdiction.

25. General

25.1This Agreement, together with the documents referred to in clause 1.3, is the entire agreement between you and SheGo about selling on the Platform.

25.2If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in force. A failure or delay by SheGo in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.

25.3You may not assign or transfer this Agreement. SheGo may assign it to an affiliate or a successor of its business.

25.4Notices to SheGo must be sent in writing to its registered office with a copy to info@shego.pk. SheGo may give you notice on your registered WhatsApp number or email.

25.5This Agreement is written in English. If it is translated, the English version prevails.
